As soon as you sign a Distribution Contract with Subvert Records you agree to our following Distribution terms. Please read our Distribution terms correctly and make sure that you fully understand them. They are legal at the time you sign up to any of our contracts:

1. We reserve the right to pay the sold records ONLY.
2. We reserve the right to accept 4 releases / label within a period of 12 months! We are happy to distribute more releases of your Label, but we also reserve the right to credit another 12 months term if we receive more than 4 releases of your label within 12 months (i.e. 5+)
3. We reserve the right to distribute your Label worldwide
4. We reserve the right to send you all unsold stocks back within a maximum of a year as long as you are not involved into our P & D (Pressing & Distribution) contracts. P&D Labels does have their own individual contracts!
5. We reserve the right to keep you informed how many copies / release would be the best for your label! It’s your own risk to press more records than we recommend and we are NOT responsible for the selling of more records.
